CTYHOP reimagined the silent disco as a shared citywide experience where movement, music, and community come together. Our team was invited to build the visual foundation for this Detroit-based event series, creating a concept that celebrated connection, individuality, and rhythm.
We developed the visual identity from the ground up, focusing on color, energy, and inclusion. The direction embraced the pulse of the city with bold typographic motion, vibrant gradients, and photography that placed people at the center of it all. The imagery captured the immersive feeling of each event, with bright lights, expressive faces, and the joy of a crowd moving together while fully in their own world.
Although this concept was not ultimately selected by the client, it remains one of our team’s proudest visual studies. It reflects our ability to translate feeling into form and to build worlds that move with purpose and personality.
